New and Old Belt Neck, cloak Bonus

What do you guys think about the new bonus just being implemented on the new belts , what about those of us that have the first belts that came out ? We are just supposed to get nothing ?

    We bought their stuff. Now there is new stuff they want us to buy. Greed.

    Also no point in having a preview with preview feedback since they do not listen to feedback and go ahead and put out broken stuff time and time again.

    Because otherwise what incentive would you have to fork over Cash to buy Zen to buy AD to buy Belts off of the AH?

    I can understand they need to make money or what not , im even fine with them adding new artifacts like the neck and off-hands im cool with that , but what im pissed about is they could of added that same bonus for the first belts that came out. Its going to be a huge diff with those bonus.

    Personally I'm not really bothered about the new belts , I have a legendary Owlbear belt of intelligence and I am keeping that , I prefer the +4 INT over the Black ice belts +2 INT / +2 CHA and the chance to do +10% unresistible weapon damage that the Black ice set has .

    If they were +3/+2 I'd agree and do somewhat still agree. If they had come mod 6+ it'd be fine, but considering how hard it is to get legendaries it can be seen as a kick in the balls.

    OP, don't you see you are contradicting yourself? You're saying your belt has become obsolete, yet here they are reinvigorating some old previously obsolete items (emblem, eye). They are doing exactly what you want, keeping old items relevant.

    The green artifact cloaks and green versions of new artifact belts are being sold , do they drop from the Dragon herald HE? I can't think of anywhere else green ones would come from unless the lockbox is dropping green artifact gear? O_o

    I'm not sure the new belts are bis.

    Now consider that the artifacts in the set might also not be bis.

    The new cloaks and off hands re, obviously but we hand no artifacts there mod 4.

    So I consider it a wash. Let's see what happens in the market over time.

    10% of weapon damage as unmitigatable damage sounds like garbage, its like 80-100 damage. The full set bonus sounds like nonsense for cw.
