sweet spot for using unwanted artifact weapons as food

as the title suggests, I was wondering what the sweet spot for refining an unwanted artefact weapon to, for use in another, as I have just got the one I want....i'm aware its not as rewarding as using level 59 bloodcrystals / catalogues... but was just wanting the most "bang for my buck" as it were....

This wiki page gives some information about how much RP artifact weapons give back up to level 34 but at the moment the RP return on artifact weapons is dreadful , hopefully they will do something about it in module five since they are adding more artifact gear.
