I was wondering what would be the best gear I could buy from the AH since I am not really able to run dungeons. As well as minimum stat caps I need to try to reach in recommended stats....power > crit > ArP > recovery.... or is that wrong should it be something else or replace something. And what to gem for..
The High Sentry is a t1 set that gives out a lot of crit and increases your dmg at-wills. Royal Guard/Grand Warden seems to be quite the favorite of many high-end HR's.
PVE HR also what would be the recommened offhand and bow.. Currently using the Ancient Mulhorand Blades and Bow of the Thayan Zealot. And what should be the main things I am gearing for?
You don't need to buy anything from the AH. you can do just fine in any t1 using blues. If you meet the minimum GS, run the dungeon. If not, buy blue gear from the AH, its very cheap.

For the bow go for one of the artifact bows in the Tyranny Campaign. They will give you the best base damage and you'll be ready for the upcoming artifact blades.
I use the Royal Guard set but keep in mind that it is really interesting only if you run with a lot of dots (I use Plaguefire). Bring your Ignored Resistance to 24%, Crit to 2500 and then stack Power. Defense-wise do what you feel you need (I have 2600 Defense, 1600 Deflect and 1700 Lifesteal).
Le-Shan: HR level 80 (main)
Born of Black Wind: SW Level 80
"The question is wrong"- Aerich.
If you want PVE then you want dungeons and the gear will drop there. And if you are not doing dungeons you do not need particularilly good gear for PVE.
If you want PVP you want profound which means doing lots of PVP and GG.

Is your HR for PvE or PvP?
