Advice needed on tactician spec for dungeons and solo

Hi there. Advice needed

EDIT: Forgot to mention it's for Guardian Fighter

I run some kind of conquest spec from a guide not updated since 2013. And I'm thinking of switching to tactician for a few reasons
  • Want a more cc oriented spec for soloing
  • Most used abilities (Lunge strike, Anvil of Doom and Into the fray) all benefit from feats in that tree
  • Trample the fallen and Battle Trample just sounds fun

But before I do anything rash I'll ask for advice. And it's about feats...

Heroic Feats
  • Strength focus - If I understand it correctly it increases my damage bonus from strength from 1% (per point of strength over 10) to 1.15%. And that I don't quite feel it's worth.
  • Action Surge - Instead of points in Strength Focus I put (two) points here as I block quite a bit.
  • Toughness/Armor specialization - Feel both of these are more or less mandatory.
  • Distracting Shield - Too small effect? Just feels so tiny.
  • Shield resurgence - Maximum of 4% health over 10 seconds every 30 seconds. Just as with distracting shield it feels so small.
  • Powerful Attack - 10% more damage. Yes!
  • Pin down - Think only benefits Frontline Surge and for that it's a hard sell. But I can be convinced.
  • Weapon master - 3% more crit. Perhaps.
  • Ubiquitous Shield - Is 25% less combat advantage against me worth it. Mobs do like to swarm. But still.

Heroic Feats
I find it's a little bit easier when it comes to the heroic feats. But not where to spend my last 10.
Picked up:
  • Fight On - 10% lower cooldowns I'll happily take
  • Battle trample - The feat I'm partially building it all around. So it's a must.
  • Powerful Strike - Lunging strike gets 100% chance to interrupt target. With the short cooldown the interrupt will be useful
  • Terrifying menace - Anvil of doom stuns. This feat I am not too certain of. Sure, AoD I often have on my bar while soloing but not in dungeons (Enforced threat instead or Knight's valor). So my choice is either party buff (Inspiring Leader - 5% bonus damage from Into the fray) or solo utility (stun on AoD)

With that I get to the end feat and have ten more feat points to spare. What I'm thinking of:
  • Crushing pin - My control powers makes the targets take 10% more damage for 3s. I see the potential of it but uncertain it it couldn't be spend better elsewhere.
  • Improved Vigor - 10% more action points for more Villain's menace when I need it. Or for Fighter's recovery.
  • Reinforced surge ("requires" Improved Vigor) - Straight buff to frontline surge. It's a possiblity but I have to weigh it against Crushing pin (Or Terrifying Menace/Inspiring Leader)

So here is the build with 10 paragon feat points left to spend.

I do not see plate agility on this list. 5% deflect is kind of irreplaceable.
