If you cant make quality content, drown them with quantity content.... Seems to be the current model. Mod 4 was pushed out with ALOT of balance/bug issues from mod 3.

Mod 4 is out with MANY MORE balance/bug issues and were on the brink of mod 5?!

With mod 5, well see changed to DC/TR and new SW paragon path, who wants to bet there will be massive FOTM builds going on for mod 5 that wont get addressed till mod 6. Not to mention id GUARANTEE a new artifact that will be broken as heck (there is one every module) along with either some new gear or items that are just completely stupid OP.

Oh! And dont forget id bet on the fact well have MORE artifact gear for more players to spend millions of AD on to level.. I wont say what we are supposed to say on the forums, but I guarantee people are not PLAYING the game to get AD for those items.... Process of elimination anyone?

Well I don't think requiring 5million AD or having incredible luck should be a requirement to finish a PVE campaign even with 1 toon.

I think that design is flawed

This as well. I'm no high-roller by any means, but the few millions I had went out the window asap..... Refining alone costs a small fortune, at least the Peribots are back it seems.

Going to get the first book on Sunday. Then its time to make a choice. Getting the next book is 17 days of an hour a day not having fun, being bored and irritated. Or I could buy 45 bucks of zen convert to ad and then buy it from the auction house. My time is more valuable than that but my patience for being chiselled isn't monumental.

Then obviously the design of the dailies succeeded if you are seriously considering paying 5000 ZEN ...

Because by the time you reach the last set of daily unlocks (Assist the Zentarim) you pretty much do have to do all five dragons per day. Unless of course you don't care about unlocking the Skirmish, Dungeon, or Boons. And if that's the case...why are you even bothering with ToD anyway?

Since my CW completed the Zhentarim series of unlocks, he has killed all 5 dragons in a single day maybe 10 times total. And the CW has both the skirmish and dungeon unlocked, and 2 artifact weapons.

Now, he is quite behind on the 4th and 5th boons. He only has something like 30 cult secrets. He won't get those boons for probably a few more months. But I'm totally okay with that.

Is that considered "casual"? I don't know. Like loboguild said, I also want to max out my character. I am just not terribly interested in turning the game into a job and stressing out about work that is ultimately optional just so I can get the boons really really quickly.

While everyone was still unlocking the daily unlocks in each zone, there were people who were setting 20 hour timers so that they could start the next set of unlocks *right away* even if it meant waking up in the middle of the night to click a button. I think that is insane, personally. I don't know why people do that. It's a GAME.

Is that what "hardcore gamer" means? Someone who will turn the game into a second job?

If the aim is to make someone say i would rather spend money to not have to play the game than be forced to sit through it, sure. Its not a healthy goal but sure
