HR Archery Stormwarden Build

So I hit 60 with my HR and would like to do a storm warden archery build. I have looked at a ton of videos and read a ton of post online. Most of them say the opposite of each other. So I am asking for the forums help with and good path to take when it comes to powers and feats. Does anyone have a good build to follow on this site? http://nwcalc.com .
