can a "master tailor/leatherworker" sew ?

Was just wondering if at any time tailor's or leatherworker's will be able to sew a bag, OR even a full on backpack?? lets face it the ZEN store is WAY overpriced for what you can get with 20-50 dollars actual money to zen/items. Granted I love dropping fiat money into things that don't actually exist, perhaps a break on the zen greed. a backpack recipe here, saddle recipe for increased movement there etc etc... just sayin. OH and not sure what math wiz came up with the percentage values for refining, or maybe its takes into account the entire server? but the stats are a scoootch off, just a pinch mind you

    Nope.

    However, if you quest through Blacklake at level 5, and through Neverdeath Graveyard at... 27? (all the way through, but it's worth it) you'll get two free bags.

    Neverdeath is worth playing through just to finish it with Clockworks. The bag is a bonus :)
