Some build still work on PvP?

Hey guys \o,
So, i'm a new neverwinter player and always like to play with stealth class, when i saw TR first time was love to first look s2
But, i was looking about builds and stuff and i saw TR is very nerfed and still nerfed in mod4, i love pvp and i want know if any build still viable for pvp in mod 3 and mod 4.
I want do a personal build, but always i give a first look on good builds for have a example.
So, thanks all and we go ahead!
(PS.: Sorry about my horrible english, unfortunately it's not my native language =/)

all ranged wk perma
deflect mk combat build is ok
rustlord combat build is also good but to difficult to farm
