Warlock feat bugged

Temptation tree feat "Eldritch Momentum" appears to be bugged and not activating at all to restore 5% of your stamina.

for some reason my warlock after killing someone effected by curse; damage to others with all attacks ends up being around 16-64 instead of 300-600 no idea why.
