Transmuting Graycloak's Longbow

So I transmuted my Bow of the Brutal Hunter (or whatever it's called) to the Bow of the Wild, then Graycloak's Longbow after I got a bit bored of my bow, and this happened:





I know the glow is from the Lesser Radiant Enchantment, but not quite sure why it's done that, just thought I'd post it up, looks kinda cool :P
