Need help for gearing my toon

Hey folks !

I just hit 60 with my GWF but i really dont know what to do to be at least viable in pvp in GS.

I bought blue items from AH but i'm not really rich so i only want to know how to gear my toon for pvp ?

there is a GWF forum, that would be the best place to start under class forums..

In fact there is a destroyer hybrid build that isnt bad at all, go read that.

In terms of gear, start with search AH for blues under tenacity, get the four slots and concentrate on power, regen, critical strike, defense and deflect, whatever you find is good enough to start, there ok options, better and best, some of the best options are a little ludicrous in pricing, if your spending more then 150 on each its too much.

Search Ancient(epic or very rare purple) for jewlery slots, stack again, power, defense, regen, life steal, deflect and critical strike whereever you can.

Buy a reaver sword, its actually a higher base damage then some of the more expensive ones , all the t2s are pretty much the same. Then for off hand a titan knot isnt half bad.

You can DO all the above for 50k

you can then buy rank 5 enchants (utility do movement, others do HP /power and crit strike or a little life steal )

Then buy cheap blue waist /pant items (lvl 55 are like 5-6k apiece.

All of the above will only cost around 75k ad.

This will get you around 9k GS, before you pvp, do the boon campain for both sharander and dread ring, in a weeks and a half time you can get 2 boons apiece there, this does help to start wtih.

You are now like 9.5-10k , this is better then nothing, your whole goal is just not to be wiped, you will then read through some of the builds on the Barracks forum and figure out the rotations .

After you get some more AD, you want to save for a lesser enchant for weapon, its more important then the armour one at early stages (soul forge only feeds poeple a extra 5 glory now.. so its up to you if you want it or not)

I would say vorpal, plague and terror are three solid choices for pvp gwfs, others will have other thoughts Im sure. Unfortunetly, the price of even a lesser will not be cheap , the market wont weigh out for weeks, but you have to assume near 500k for one of these now.

Ya.. ouch on that last one.

Do your best have fun, be wary of little HRs wondering about, they may seem like a easy kill, but there not =P..
