First Time Buyers Pack (Issues)

I'm closing this now as it's continually being used to report an issue that we have no control over on the forums. As we said, multiple times, you must keep communicating with Support. We can do nothing about this through the forums.

Hey all, I've purchased zen since the release of module 3 even on the day that the pack was announced, I've opened up to 3 tickets now each with the generic response telling me I'll recieve the pack within 30 minutes, which I've yet to recieve it, I've even waited the full 72 hours that was initially stated on the release and yet I've still to get the pack, I've seen a few people with their war hounds and that's exclusive to the pack so I'm starting to think this bug is restricted to solely me, I even purchased zen again today and transferred 30 dollars worth and waited 30 minutes from the purchase and still nothing, so I'm doing about the only thing I've yet to do, post on the forums.

Also, be sure to check all your characters. When you're credited for this, the first character you log into afterwards will have the mail, no others. So if you've logged in and switched characters around waiting for it to show up, it's probably on one of your other characters. You don't get the rewards to all your characters, however the rewards are account bound, save for the companion. When you open the pack, the companion will be in its own account bound container, whatever character opens that container will have the companion bind to them.

Sad day.... still have not recived mine... bought zen and transfered on the 14th. slow going with my support ticket
