The thing is not about the transfers that people do now. The thing is the people who did the transfers the first hours and didn't receive it yet, though it has been more than 72 hours.

*sigh* Over 30 hrs, still no sign. Should I report it since the issue was supposed to have been fixed?

Yeah, you might as well submit a ticket. Be sure to note the time and date your transferred in the Zen, too.

Double checked all mail, as well as zen market and gift guy, but there was nothing, so I sent in a ticket. hopefully it won't be too long before they can get around to fixing it. Made sure to note the date. If they need a specific time, I have my confirmation emails.

I got the same canned reply from support; it sort of implied that I should buy and transfer even MORE Zen to get the pack (quadruple facepalm). NOT going to happen - I already transferred enough to have purchased most, if not ALL the items in the pack separately. I just want the pack that I qualified for LESS THAN AN HOUR after the promotion started.

I haven't seen a mail yet to any of mine either. I'll wait another day or two before submitting a ticket. The devs are probably putting out bigger fires at the moment.

Still nothing here ... I have transferred 2000 z / 1000 z/ 1000z /1000z all through the arc page and the non directing perfect world page days ago.

Nope - nothing. So I'm guessing if you bought and transferred ZEN on Tuesday or Wednesday before patch #2 - it's S.O.L.

More than the 72-hours (and I purchased and transferred twice.) I'd be willing to give it another go, but if the first two purchase/transfers didn't work, I fear the next won't, either. -sad face-

I submitted a ticket. We'll see what happens.

    I'm in the same situation.
Bought and transferred twice the first hours after the FirstTimeBuyersPack new was published. Seems like people who did transfer after the 2nd Patch/Maintenance are getting faster and faster, but the ones who did buy in the first day are kinda stuck, unknowing what's happening and what can we do to fix it.
I'm wondering if I transfer more Zen now I might get it as fast as those last claimers. But like you said, if the first two times It didn't work I'm not certain that in the 3rd will, waiting for the new response on the ticket, hopefully will be more specific.

. . . Folks, if you transferred (not just purchased, but transferred) 500+ Zen into Neverwinter after Tue 13 May 2014 10:00:00 AM PDT* AND it's been 72 hours since the time you transferred the appropriate amount of Zen AND you still haven't gotten your First Time Buyer's pack, please file a Support Ticket. We cannot use forum posts as Support Tickets to assist you. You must go through Support.

. . . If you purchased it at the earliest possible time to qualify, 72 hours would have been 10:00am PDT this morning (5/16/2014).

. . . *Note, this time is going by when the News Article was posted, rounded up. The actual time was approximately 30-45 minutes earlier.

I sent a ticket to support. I got a reply saying they will give me the pack no later than 30 mins from the transaction.

Funny thing is my transactions were made via ARC and through Paypal on:
Tue May 13, 2014 at 9:54 AM PDT
Wed May 14, 2014 at 5:17 AM PDT
Wed May 14, 2014 at 5:21 AM PDT
Thu May 15, 2014 at 11:01 PM PDT
Thu May 15, 2014 at 11:04 PM PDT

and the time now is Saturday 17 May, 2014 3:39:53 AM PDT.

I'm beginning to wonder if I'm ever gonna receive it.

Anyone else still not getting it or am I the only one left?

. . . Reply kindly to your ticket and simply ask them, "Is there any progress on getting my First Time Buyer's Pack?" Keep your ticket active until you get it. Even if that means just replying with, "Replying to keep my ticket open as this is not yet resolved." every two days. Tickets responded to by Support will automatically close after 96 hours (4 days), the timer is reset when the system receives a reply from the player or one made by Support. If your ticket is closed, replying to it will re-open it or you can file another one and reference your original ticket number(s) there-in.

    Yup, I did.

I'm waiting for response from them.

I'm really hoping that they will not just be sending me something generic again.

The first time I sent it, they sent me one saying it will come in 72 hours then the second time I sent it, it was exactly the same text with the 72 hours changed to 30 minutes.

This just makes me worried, and is frankly wearing my patience, especially since some people have gotten it already.

blech... still no response and no pack...

This reminds me of my experience with the Tymora's Coin. I put one up on the auction house right at the start of the event with no buyout just to find out I could not search for the item and there was a reported bug by dev confirming this issue.

For some reason though someone could see the thing and had made a min bid on it. There was at least one other person bidding on it as well because it kept going up at very small amounts... My item ended up selling for just over a 1000 ad when they were easily 130000 to 200000 ad.

I asked support to help me right at the start, but after a few days they said if anyone has bid on it there is nothing that can be done. I posted the dev notes stating there was a listing issue with the item they were working on fixing - but support informed me there is no help I am going to get from them and that the response was final.

Anyway, I hope this is not some kind of strike two. I just think if there is some kind of paying customer, especially in a digital environment, support should be willing to just fix the issue rather than ignore us. What does the company lose by just righting a wrong? - seems they just gain a happy customer if you ask me, but what can I do heh.

    Nothing much we can do.

All we can do is submit a ticket to support.

Wait for support to send you some generic reply and then wait some more.

I'm also in your position with multiple transfers after the 13th and still no pack. I've sent support/help reports, but they were only answered with automated responses and links to the forums, which I've been looking at anyway. If they would just announce that they're still working on it and will get to everyone I'd be ok. But right now I don't even know if they know. I see the comment below and have written several additions to my original, and will keep doing that...thanks.

Same story. You'd think that as we are actually transferring money to their bank account, they might feel obliged to fix this issue?

Patience is a virtue. Also, help them to help you.

When I submitted my ticket I included an attachment: A text file with a copy of my emails from PWE thanking me for my purchase of Zen. I got a response the next day, thanking me of course, but more importantly telling me they have 'escalated' my issue to the 'next tier' for further investigation.

I also mentioned in my ticket that my concern wasn't as much receiving the box, rather it was that I would receive it if I try again by purchasing more Zen.

As the mods like to proclaim often here: it's not what you say, but how you say it.

I've always had good or better response from PWE Customer Support. My hopes are raised. :)

I sent them my receipts of all two $20, two $10 and one $5 transactions post-module 3 as proof when I sent them the ticket.

Overall, I have only gotten 2 generic responses and still no pack.

Now, I'm still waiting and wondering what the hell is going on.

I'm closing this now as it's continually being used to report an issue that we have no control over on the forums. As we said, multiple times, you must keep communicating with Support. We can do nothing about this through the forums.

Also, be sure to check all your characters. When you're credited for this, the first character you log into afterwards will have the mail, no others. So if you've logged in and switched characters around waiting for it to show up, it's probably on one of your other characters. You don't get the rewards to all your characters, however the rewards are account bound, save for the companion. When you open the pack, the companion will be in its own account bound container, whatever character opens that container will have the companion bind to them.

(Thanks to spike0337 for reminding me to post this)
