    How long did you wait? It's stated there's a 72 hours window for them to deliver the pack to your account. Myself received it 24 hours after transferring 500 Zen. Contrary to the information give, the pack appears to be retroactive for players who have transferred Zen in the past as well.

    Getting close to 72 hours for me now... still no pack, for any character on this account - and I have transferred several thousand zen this week.

    If you didn't transfer 500+ Zen after Tue 13 May 2014 10:00:00 AM PDT, it won't count.

    I'm still waiting (I'm within the 72 hr window), but a friend got his right away. My brother had to wait about 24 hrs.

    are you sure? I haven't gotten anything and I transferred 1000 zen around christmas.

    Absolutely, though I can't say what the criteria to receive the pack in that case is. I posted in another thread on the topic of this pack regarding a friend who has not played shortly after beta and received the pack the same time I did.

    You must have transferred at least 500 Zen to NW *AFTER* IWD went live, (5/13/14 IIRC). Previous Zen transfers don't count.

    Then I suppose the distribution has loopholes, which in any case, those who received it with past transfers should just enjoy it.

    I don't know of anyone who got it from a previous purchase.

    I have submitted a ticket to customer support under missing items as of 10:15 pst is this right?

    Ok, so I have been trying to submit a ticket, but on the support page, none of the drop-down menus appear to be functioning (to select game, server, etc...); I select Neverwinter under Product, but the field remains empty. How am I supposed to submit a ticket if the ticket system isn't working?

    *** Never mind, I'm just blind - and haven't had my coffee yet :P ***

    I still have not gotten the pack... I have gotten a canned message from support...

    I have checked both characters and there is no mail with the pack.
    I did use the appropriate method described in promo.
    It has been enough time even considering the first 72 hour announcement in the forums.
    I have responded to the support ticket stated this information as well.

    So is this thing working properly now or have I got a 3 day wait? I just transferred some zen to neverwinter.

    I too still have not gotten the pack... I have gotten a canned message from support.. as I cannot post it as it will be removed in a nut shell it told me not worry my pack would be delivered within 30 min of my purchase??? that was 72hrs ago and then 48hrs ago and then 24hrs ago I made 3 $10.00 purchases... if customer support has corrected the issue and its fixed and arrival is within 30 min for zen purchases moving forward I understood there response. but my issue occurred prior to this resolution of the problem in general.

    there response did not address as to when I can expect my 1st time buyers pack and I only expect 1 but making 3 purchases in the allotted time to ensure I get one.

    I updated my ticket and after 2hrs and 30 min no response. and still no buyers pack... any idea as to when and why?

    I'm still waiting for mine as well I did 2 separate 1000 ZEN purchases to ensure I got the promotion and still nothing it's been well over 72 hours and still no response to the ticket as well....

    I DIDNT RECIEVE IT!!! I transferred over 2,000 ZEN so i can recieve it!! I still got nothing on both accounts!

    Dunno what's going on with the guys who say they didn't get it yet, I transferred my zen to the game about 2 hours ago and I just got the pack in my mail just now , good pack .

    I transferred my zen into the game maybe 2 or 3 hours ago and just got mine sent in the mail.

    I will check the zen store but the news sais it would arrive in ingame mail and nothing about redeeming it in the zen store, thx tho
