    Im not gettin it, so this pack just gets activate if I buy 50 US$ at once?
    If i reach the 50 dollars by charging dont know 5 dollars, 5 dollars tomorrow, etc, etc... i wont get the pack?

    Is the delivery glitch over?
    I can see the First buyers special pack at the ZEN market for 0 ZEN under free items, but cannot get it.

    Wow, so not retroactive? I know many players bought zen just a few days/weeks ago because of the exchange skyrocketing. Now they're not eligible for this promotion and there's no free respec.

    Doesn't seem to work, for me. Did 500 yesterday for character slots and nada. <<shrugs>>

    Yeah, as long as we get it eventually, I don't think anybody will be too upset. I'd still really like to know whether the dog is account-wide, or account bound event after naming it, or what. I love huskies, and the reduced threat is beautiful, so i'd love to get my hands on this, particularly for more than one character.

    Ok sounds great! here's my money...... Where the hell is my First time buyers pack? So i have a look on the forums and theres all this extra small print?? are you serious? It says nothing about this in the in-game store. have i just been tricked out of my money or what?

    Ok sounds great! here's my money...... Where the hell is my First time buyers pack? So i have a look on the forums and theres all this extra small print?? are you serious? It says nothing about this in the in-game store. have i just been tricked out of my money or what?

    Says will take up to 72 hours to process. Be patient. All these offers i've had to wait a few days, but always got it in the end.

    That's the Mask of Sharess from the Masquerade event (BoP fashion hat). The cat ears are attached to it as well.

    hmm interesting, although my mage needs glasses without cat ears.

    Hello.

    I received in game mail only on my CW character to redeem First Time Buyers Pack. However I wish to redeem it on my DC character.

    The pack is bind on pickup, so I can't transfer from CW to DC.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    So i just got 1000 zen and transfered it and am unable to claim the reward? what gives....
    i only got the zen for the pack in the first place so if i don't get it i guess my only options are refunding?

    please wait 72 hours from the time you transfer the zen into neverwinter before it becomes available. if it still is not available after 72 hours, you will need to contact support.

    For those just transfered zen, be patient. I have already received the email granting me the pack almost exactly a day after I transfered my zen.

    So, I got the pack, but didn't realize that the war dog wouldn't be an account unlock. So it's bound on a character other than the one I'd have preferred. Oops. Oh well, my fault I guess. I wish there was a way to get additional copies of the pet though - the carrier is account bound before it's opened, and the dog is character bound even before being named. Unlike the panther, it won't even be possible to pay an insane amount of diamonds to buy a copy from someone who doesn't want the pet.

    Ok heads up, a friend of mine have received the mail and gotten the pack as well, and he hasn't been active since almost beta time. He has however transfered zen before, and that was way before mod3. So this offer is apparently retroactive.

    So this may just be a coincidence, but I went to the zen market through the Neverwinter Gateway and clicked the claim button on the bundle (about 4 hours after transferring the zen). It gave me the error that my character was ineligible, but literally 2 seconds later I got my mail with the box in it. Again, it might be a coincidence, but it might be something else to try for those of you who are impatient (like me!).

    I'd love to participate but am continually getting an error when trying to verify my account (again) to purchase ZEN from the ARC portal... though the authorization email request to access the page came across fine a moment before.

    "We're sorry, but there was a problem sending your activation email. Please try again later or contact support."

    Hopefully they get this sorted out soon and figure out a better way to deliver promos without quite so much confusion/chaos.

    Have you contacted Support? If not, please do! I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing but there's nothing we can do related to Billing through the forum. You'll need to contact Support (Catgegory: choose Billing Support) and explain to them the issue.

    Please double check your account's E-mail for a verification message. Once you get that email, your pack will be in your in-game mail. If it comes to be over 72 hours (3 days) and no E-Mail, please contact Support.

    Same here. I got very disappointed when I bought ZEN after reading about this promotion and didnt get the promo pack. Then I found this thread, guess I'll just have to wait :)

    Ditto that. Why I saved all my PayPal receipts and the emails from PWE thanking me for buying in case I need to include them in a ticket. Though to b fair to the company, Devs did say within 72 hours, which is technically 10 A.M. Friday. ~cough~

    It has been over 48 hrs since my purchase of $20 zen I have still not received my pack but all my friend have whats up?

    I started this journey trying to find out why I had not gotten the promotion item "First Time Buyer's Pack."

    I think that I first tried around the start of the promo or something like that. After coming to the forums it appeared that Steam transactions were not valid for this particular promo. Of course I felt a bit cheated. I had made the transfer because of the promo and it did NOT say anywhere in-game about any Steam exclusion.

    Either way though, I had my answer... So I decided to take action...

    I bought yet even more zen through the Arc website, (2000 total @ 1000 Zen Chunks), and still there was no promo after various relogs and huffing around on my part... I thought, "This has not been a problem for everybody so maybe it is something else I am doing wrong." I then proceeded to purchase even more zen, (2000 solid), through the perfect world website, so I could "more like the instructions said"-> move the zen into neverwinter. Still no promo...

    I figured I would just give it some time, but today noticed the admin or mod here stickied ... should be fixed now... Hope not because I still don't have the pack.

    Anyone else having this issue still or is there any course of action I can take to resolve this issue on my end?
