What is it and how does one get it? I searched but couldnt find any link for any more information about it. Is only valid if you are buying Zen for the first time ever, or the first time for mod 3?
Meaning that since I have bought zen in the past, I do not qualify for this bundle?

Retroactive means that if you have met the requirements in the past, you will get the thing. I have the pack awaiting pickup even though my last transfer of Zen was a few weeks ago.
It says "Starting now, players will receive a Free Bundle whenever they transfer Zen to Neverwinter for the first time."
Does that mean it applies even if I have purchased zen before now? Or is this only for people who have never purchased zen?
If you've ever transferred Zen to NW (zen purchased from PWE, NOT Steam) then you will get it. I see it listed in the Zen market for 0 Zen, but there is a glitch in delivery right now (so you can try to claim it, but it's not delivering) - the point is if you can see it, then you got it - but you'll have to wait until they fix the glitcheroo.

How retroactive? It's been a little while since I've bought Zen, but I've spent several hundred on this game, and can't claim the package. Also, is it only claimable by 1 character?
My opinions are my own. I do not work for PWE or Cryptic. - Forum Rules - Protector's Enclave Discord - I play on Xbox Any of my comments not posted in orange are based on my own personal opinion and not official. So the first time buyer's pack is *not* retroactive. However, if you purchase and transfer at least 500 Zen into your account from now on, you *can* reclaim the pack. This can be done whether or not you have purchased Zen in the past. Also, this can only be done once per account. My apologies for the the confusion/distress I may have caused, I was misinformed.

Wow, nice! Thanks for the clarification Just so I am clear and I like beating a dead horse If one bought 500 zen anytime in the past (excluding steam purchases) then they will get this bundle? If not, then one can buy at least 500 zen (again not via steam) and get it as well.

I'm not very happy about this. I've spent hundreds of dollars on this game and now I have to spend more to get this. I'm guessing that it's only claimable by 1 character on your account as well, correct?

Not eligible to receive it or eligible but you have to buy 500 more zen. That's a big difference.
According to the Dev post:
*Note: while titled "First Time Buyers Pack" the pack is also available to players who have purchased Zen in the past.
people that bought zen should at least be able to get it if they buy mroe zen. Your post makes it seem like no matter what they do they can't get the pack.
Please clarify.

Thanks... I just checked and i do see it my Zen Market for 0 Zen... so guess I just need to wait.

I wouldn't be so sure. Based on everything I'm reading, I think you still have to buy 500 more zen, although based on the red post in this page, I'm not even sure you will get it then.

Please clarify, because DwightMC posted this (emphasis is mine):
First Time Buyers Pack
Adventurers,
If you have yet to explore what the Zen Market can offer, now is the time to do so. Starting now, players will receive a Free Bundle whenever they transfer Zen to Neverwinter. The bundle, which is valued at $50, includes an exclusive War Dog Companion, Embroidered Bag of Holding, Appearance Change Token Pack and more!
To receive the pack players must transfer at least 500 Zen into Neverwinter (does not count Steam wallet). Once the transfer has completed, players will receive the free bundle in their in-game inbox.
*Note: the pack is also available to players who have purchased Zen in the past.

Ok, I'm confused. Someone please clear this up. I want that pack, but I can't really afford to buy more Zen right now. Please please please tell me if I will get it or not. Last time I bought Zen was March 22nd.

Angrysprite - what you are quoting seems to indicate that if you have purchased Zen previously, you are eligible to get this pack, NOT that you will get it because you have purchased and transferred Zen in the past.
That coupled with what our community moderated said a post or 2 before yours, would seem to indicate that:
- Having previously purchased/transferred Zen does not grant you this bundle
- Having previously purchased/transferred Zen does not mean you are ineligible for this bundle
Big difference, and as usual, very Cryptic...pun intended.

Are the items claimable by every character, or only one? The information page doesn't say....

Where did your character get the glasses?

Hope this helps
Does that mean it applies even if I have purchased zen before now? Or is this only for people who have never purchased zen?
It is retroactive.

yeah it is due to the known issue, we will hopefully have fix soon, but you will receive the pack within 72 hours. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I can see the First buyers special pack at the ZEN market for 0 ZEN under free items, but cannot get it.
