Is this a Hacker? or its Possible?

I was fighting a GWF today in pvp and when he was about 20% HP he INSTANTLY REGENERATES HIS HP to 70%.
Even if he was down in the earth.
Is this even Possible!!! Or is this a Possible Hacker... ??
(And no it was not Temporary Hit Poits as they appear Yellow... these were true RED 50% One Button Backup HP)

I ask this before ill report him cause im not really sure if there is an item that lets u do this... but if it exist...

    Ive seen Emblem Work... its just heals u little by little...
    No this was exactly as Unstopable that INMEDIATLY heals you(with yellow hp) but this guy was healing right back up with RED HP... and even when we weren attacking him... and even when he was proned...

    I actually threating him with report him for cheating and he even try to deny it...

    Unstoppable (with correct items and feats) + Emblem (bilethorn / plaguefire / flaming dots on him) + Battle Potion + Lifesteal + INSANELY HIGH REGEN + High HP pool

    This isn't a bug. This is pvp. And when u threatening someone in pvp by merely suspecting he is abusing a bug, you are against the rules, if i were him, i will screenshot your insults and threat and report to GMs.

    You can't imagine the number of people in my guild who get accused of hacking in PvP everyday simply because others don't understand the mechanics, feats, playstyle, etc., of other classes. You seem to have the same issue.

    Ive been playing since Jul 2013.And play pvp everyday. With a lot of GWF. Ubber Gear Ones and Scrubs.
    Youre actually the one whos suspecting I don't know the difference...
    I know that with correct feats, lifesteal,regen,emblem and battle potion one can make a difference.
    But Im Telling you Ive have not seen something like this.(Why some guys inmediatly assumes youre a random scrub, jezz)
    If you read what I ve described it HE was PRONED and did a 50% HP INSTANTLY BACKUP.
    That's what im asking.
    If you got a Positive and constructive answer then its welcome..
    if not then pls stop describing what you would do if you were him or not...
    cause nobody really cares about suppositions...

    And please stick to the original question.
    I don't want it to become a flame wars.

    Ferocious Reaction can double proc and crit. I used to regen from 30% to 100% in those cases on my GF.
    M6 almost drains your soul given how boring it is. (c) joocycuzzzzzz

    i fought a GF some days back.Same occasion:He took immediately 20-30% of his health.immediattely ,no yellow temp points.
    And he took them while i was hitting him:Where was the healing depression???

    I am Gf aswell.GF has no such ability.All his health feats/encounters (FC etc) get AND temp hit points.
    This guy took none.

    HD doesn't affect percentage based healing.

    Whats the Name of the ITEM THAT LETS U DO INSTANT 50% HEAL BACK UP even if PRONED....

    If you wanna know the effect... imagine the STONE OF HEALTH for 50% HP BACKUP BUT USED IN PVP.
    And as I understand it was banned from pvp a long time ago....(or he was hacking?)

    An average GF with 32-35 hp with 3% Grit will het 1k hp.And some of them will be yellow.
    There was no yellow and the amount i estimate he took was at least5-8k hp RED.
    Ferocious reaction the same 10% of your missing hp.Nowhere near 6-8k hp.

    And to add something else:I noticed this happening twice in the same match.At first time i thought i did not saw well cause the guy was in middle of 3.And i might got confused.The second time some minutes later we were one vs one in a node.

    I would be 100% sure it was a cheat but honestly i don't remember if that was 5 minutes after so FerReac to proc again.
    I might be wrong.
    But in that case the extraordianary happened:Fc proc twice immediatelly after 5 minutes(or 3 with the feat).It crit and got double hp.
    And the same time he used battle potion.And theame time Grit proced aswell.

    What is the most logical?NVm i might be wrong.

    yeah could be it...
    a build with FEROCIOUS REACTION could heal you 35% max HP if its was feated for it.
    in a 30-35k HP Build it could be like 10-12-14k Hp back right up...(its a lot ...but it well may be..)

    max hp is 10%.When below 15% health.Both cases he was at 25-30% first time.40-50% second time.
    But eyes and memory can be decieved.I might be wrong.:)
    if i see it again i ll post it.

    Okay, since the question has been answered and the OP seems to be power posting because they disagree with the answer given, I'm going to close this down before it gets out of hand.

    As always, if you suspect a rule is being broken feel free to report it, however, simply because it looks like a hack to you does not mean that it is.
