Skirmish hour ad reward divided by party members (Orc Assault)

The skirmish hour rewards, at least in the Orc Assault skirmish, are divided between party members. Each time someone opens a chest, the 1000 ad is divided by the current number of party members. This is horrible because at least half the party takes forever to open the chest and most people leave well before they get their fair share. They leave, because they were tired of waiting, or they think they got 1000 ad when they opened the chest.

I'm don't think I get 700 ad each run because of this. Sometimes, I make more than 1k because of people leaving. This has bugged me since my first skirmish hour there, and I have avoided doing until recently. Can anyone list more skirmishes with this issue?

I just thought that some of the people that take a long time may be doing it on purpose to get more ad.

Edit: This is just prone to abuse. I don't like that the money is divided either.
