Bogus PVP leaver penalty

So I queue up for PVP and it puts me in a group but leaves me in protectors enclave. No return to instance or anything so I had to leave group. Guess what, I get hit with a leaver penalty.....

If you leave a group while OUTSIDE a pvp zone there should never be a penalty. Is that asking too much?

    sounds like a random bug, so i'm moving this to bug reports. if this happens regularly, try to give details about what you were doing before the problem occurs.
