Question about t2 armors

Hello,
So, I am actually trying to equip my rogue with high-level equipment.
I have an average idea of what should be done for weapons, thanks to my own experience and some tutorials found on the internet, but for the armor, I am quite embarrassed.
I was thinking about using one of the new PvP armors, even in PvE, due to the major stealth bonus witch look more attractive to me than those from the PvE t2 armor.
I don't see a lot of use in having 4000/4500 in power and increasing it a few more when I kill an enemy or use a daily, while +30% of stealth time and +7,5% of damage look quite attractive...
Am I right about this concept ?
But if I am right, there is 3 different armor, and I was wandering witch one is the most useful ? (especially in PvE, I am not a PvP fan, so I do it only for diams and equipment)
For reminder, the main statistics of those armors are:
-profound executioner armor : power, crit and recovery
-profound saboteur armor : power, crit and defense
-profound scoundrel armor : armorpen and power
And also, assuming stealth is not always the solution, witch other rogue armor set would you recommend me ?
