Ebon Downs quest, Blessing the Bones, doesn't have enough bones to complete

The Ebon Downs quest, Blessing the Bones, doesn't have enough bones to complete the quest in a reasonable time. I either wait forever for respawns and hoping another player doesn't come along or switch instances and hope for the best. You should not have to change instances or wait for a long time when there are few people in the same area.

You can help fix it by adding more (perhaps over a larger area), increasing the respawn time, making them instanced, and/or lowering the amount needed. Every time I do the quest I have this issue. It happens even without many other people in the area. I use my mount and search the entire blue area and areas around this so exploration is not an issue.

The bones are all there ,its the blue circle that is incorrect , a couple of the bone piles are just outside the blue circle on the map

Also, I think you share the Bones with everyone doing the Quest, so if someone get there and uses a Skeleton before you, you have to wait for it to activate again. At least I think it USED to be this way.
This is one mission that is just so annoying that I say, use an online Guide with the exact spots pointed out.

'Wen considered the nature of time and understood that the universe is, instant by instant, recreated anew. Therefore, he understood, there is in truth no past, only a memory of the past. Blink your eyes, and the world you see next did not exist when you closed them. Therefore, he said, the only appropriate state of the mind is surprise. The only appropriate state of the heart is joy. The sky you see now, you have never seen before. The perfect moment is now. Be glad of it.' Terry Pratchet The Thief Of Time

The easiest way to fix it is to just change instances, and get those that are missing in another instance. That is what I did on my 6 characters.

    This is the best solution.

It's a nice trick to know because you will most likely run into other quests like this along the way to 60. I remember a gather quest in Pirates Skyhold that gave me a similar problem on my characters.

kolevra, I think remember the search for parts from crashed ships (or something like that) as an issue in Pirates Skyhold being an issue for me, but I am not there yet on this character. If anyone has any more quests that usually have issues, please post them.

P.S. I mentioned changing instances in the original post and it will usually work if you pick a low population server. Quests that usually have issue that like this need a fix from the developers, because they are not working as intended.

I squirm at this quest because
    1) There seem to only be the exact number of bone piles in existence that you need; you MUST find them ALL.
    2) Some of them are tricky to find because they are outside the blue map marker.
    3) They can be difficult to see at a distance, so it requires a lot of experimental-trawling to locate them.

The quest can be completed, but it seems that the number you need to collect is exactly how many there are, and you can only interact with each a single time. I like the challenge aspect of it, though. But it can get *almost* frustrating.

So in other words this Quest is a pile of... bones. Having to bless 8 piles is just idiotic. I've spent 15 minutes in the game running around across 4 instances trying to find and complete this quest. And they won't fix it cuz they are a lame pile of... bones!
