Quality of Life Improvements this Game Needs

I really like this game so I'm posting these items because I want Neverwinter to become even better. I'm aware the devs may or may not read this, and that's ok, I just hope someone who has access to them can maybe pass this along so that we could help improve the Neverwinter experience not just for old players, but new ones as well.

-Mailbox interface: Please make it easier for us to manage our mail. Put check boxes so we can quickly select multiple messages and delete them with one click.

-Interacting with NPCs and quest items feels clunky. Sometimes I have to spam "F" to bring up the conversation window. I also get a lot of "Out of line of sight" notices when trying to click on a quest item even if I'm right in front of it. Please improve this.

-"Queue again." "I can't...oh wait, I'm no longer the party leader." Sound familiar? That's because for some reason, some random person in the group becomes the new party leader after exiting the dungeon/arena/foundry instance. Whoever's the leader when entering an instance should be the leader upon exiting. Please fix that.

-Please make it easier to manage our profession from mobile phones. A "Collect Result + Repeat" option would be nice so we won't have to go through many buttons and do lots of scrolling to choose which task to start, especially if the task we want is all the way at the bottom of the task list.

-Allow us to access the AH from anywhere with one click. If I'm out questing and want to put something on the AH, I have to navigate through multiple clicks and windows just to finally reach the AH. Simplify things and bring us straight to the AH interface with one click.

-If I alt tab out of the game with the AH interface up, it's gone when I alt tab back in. That means I have to go through all those clicks just to access the AH again. Please prevent the AH interface from closing whenever we alt tab out of the game.

-When rejoining the game during an arena after disconnecting, we get kicked. Why's that? We can rejoin our dungeon group if we get disconnected, so it should be the same for arena teams. Imagining being close to getting 1000 glory from a win, when you suddenly disconnect. Good bye, all effort wasted.

-When arena ends while you're waiting to respawn, you end up dead in the middle of Protector's Enclave (or wherever you were before entering arena) with injuries. I'm sure that's not intended, so please fix that. If the arena ends while we're dead and waiting to respawn, we should not still be dead once we're back in town.
