Constitution Focus does not work?

21 Con without Constitution Focus = 11% ArP
21 Con with Constitution Focus 3/3 = 11% ArP

Why? Thaks for answers.

    Constitution Focus is a GWF Heroic Feat multiplicative bonus on the Resistance Ignored (and HP) from CON. It does not appear in the Character Sheet, only in the Combat Log.

    21 CON + Consitution Focus 3/3 = 11% Resistance Ignored + 11% x 0.15 = 11% + 1.65% = 12.65% Resistance Ignored.

    Hence, giving you an effective CON of 22.65 in this case.
