are there any guides out there letting me to know what to level first ect?

    As a general rule with the HR;
    Raise At-Wills, then Encounters, then Class Features, then Dailies.

    There are a few guides for specific builds around, check them out to see which powers should be raised.
    Obsidian Moonlight - Paladin
    Obsidian Oath - Warlock
    A whole lot of other Obsidian toons as well.
