There is a great sheet that shows exactly what each point and related percentage is for all the stats in the game but for myself I found it wasn't the easiest thing to quickly read / understand. I thought others might find some usage from a high end "cheat sheet" so I made a quick reference that lists each Skill in increments in 500 starting at 500 and going up to 5000 for all the stats at "Base".
To use add your increases from gears / boons etc... on top of the "base" listed if you'd like to get a quick idea of what your % stat will be at what range (to assist in figuring out how you want to gear up and spec)
