Hi
as some told me I might have doing over healing with my current path while using sun burst, forgemaster and astral shield
my stat are:
3.5k power
2.5k crit
3k recovery
2k def
currently I am using this healer path
http://nwcalc.com/dc?b=cn4:2hwcg:5m9s,19ix014:6c000:6z0zv:6i000&h=0
an I was thinking to change to the following path
http://nwcalc.com/dc?b=cn4:2hwcg:5m9s,13cr314:66000:6z0u0:6uuu0&h=0
*restoration mastery doesn't exist, it will be power of the sun (reduce the damage and crit of target by 5%)
I am using miracle healer set and was thinking of moving to mix of miracle healer and grand Templar (my stat will be -200 recovery +650 crit)
at the end
I lose: 5% healing and 150 power of healer lore feat, healing of moon touch
I gain: a lot of damage reduction from my at will and bit of divinity from my crit
the only thing I am afraid is that my power is not enough to heal my party...
- do you think mix set for my current stat is better?
- does anyone have experience with similar path, in what power this path can be useful?

Quick comments:
1. Unless your Power is absurdly low, you don't have much to worry about. 150 power is about half of a drop in the bucket as far as it contributes to your overall effectiveness. Augment pets are good for buffing up your Power rating for PvE; for PvP most players are more focused on achieving optimal crit, max HP, deflection, defense, and regeneration.
2. Mixing your sets makes you less effective when you have 4 pieces at your disposal and either set bonus is good. Miracle Healer's 4-piece bonus is arguably the best defensive one available to DCs and IMO not worth sacrificing for a few hundred more stat points.
3. Domain Synergy is bad.
4. Enduring Relief is not as good as Deepstone Blessing.
5. Healing Step is amazing. Going that far into the Righteous tree without picking it up is kind of a head-scratcher.
6. Power of Life isn't bad, but we're talking % values of relatively small numbers. I would argue in favor of picking up Healing Step instead.
Contagion - Cleric
Testament - Wizard
Pestilence - Ranger
Dominion - Paladin
NIGHTSWATCH
I took healing step and changed to anointed champion
I use the current build
http://nwcalc.com/dc?b=nlp:27sgdv:1bh7hv,1li3314:1f0u00:100000:1u0uz1&h=0&p=anc
and since I use a lot anointed holy symbol I was thinking of changing to this path
http://nwcalc.com/dc?b=nlp:27sgdv:1bh7hv,13l3314:110000:1uo000:1u0uz1&h=0&p=anc
but how do you trigger linked spirit?
I useually use sun burst, astral shield and divine glow
I starte playing 2 weeks ago and got level 60 today. Im a tiefling DC, and no on on my guild want to do dungeons with me because they say that tiefling dc is bad. Is it true? Do i have to reroll my character?
the difference is almost not noticable - you may be like 2% - 4% worse then Half Elfs
The difference race makes to your performance in PvE is so minimal as to be utterly irrelevant (substantially lower than even the 2-4% quoted above). If you really, really want to min-max everything down to the wire, you could argue race choice makes a difference (and halflings are certainly the OP class de jour for PvP), but if you really, really want to min-max everything down to the wire, you're playing the wrong game.
No current content requires this, and it is very, very doubtful that any future content will.
So no, tiefling DCs are just fine.
But if you use Anointed Army spam-like, then sure...
For me personally, extra divinity is better.. we can spam D-Healing Word better with Ethereal Boon.
Also, if you're taking Battle Fervor (which i highly recommend), 1 in rising hope (or 2 at max) is more than enough, and spend the rest in Desperate Renewal.. Because 3 (or more) in Rising Hope is an overkill...
Battle Fervor's uptime is 100%, we can boost allies' Power rating reliably... While Linked Spirit (by Astral Shield) is currently bugged, with no certainty of getting fixed (if ever).. FF's area is good for getting mellee Linked.. and for party members that's scattered, it's hard to linked spirit them all with our limited Divinity, except if we slot that horrible CD Bastion of Health...
Altho Deepstone Blessing thrumps Desperate Renewal in usage. Soothing Light heals up to 20% more depending on how much the person's lose health (plus the feat, healing even more when in critical condition)... Thus, making it a viable option to clutch dieing members (when feated). I personally throw AS + healing word first before Soothing the dieing member (Its crit procs repurpose soul on each of its individual ticks!)
