Companion bonus: Affects companions?

Just wondering if this means the bonus applies ONLY to your summoned companion, or to both your companion and you. an example being the Ghost

    If at the start of the description it says affects companion then yeah its companion only , otherwise stuff like the boar with its critical severity bonus would make vorpal enchantments obsolete.

    its pretty straight forward. It does say clearly affects companion.
