Do mounts change appearance after being trained?

Neverwinter gamepedia says:

"The level also affects the mount's appearance."

So i was wondering, does training a mount to a higher rank change it's appearance?

For example, do common horses become armored after training?
And does... a pig mount change appearance after training? :)

I hope so My dwarf has a boar which is awesome, but I would train it if it could become more awesome!

They do not, at least not that I have noticed.
The right to command is earned through duty, the privilege of rank is service.

That would involve designing multiple skins for each type of rank 1 and 2 mount. They don't change.
