Suggestion: Bound items

Don't know if im posting in the right section but, would it not be better if bound items would be bound to account rather than character? I mean i got a skin for a sword and yet it happens to happen i have GF that I could use the skin on, but sadly I have to discard this skin since it has no use and its bound to character...
