Happens frequently when you get interrupted during the start up animation of crescendo.

I can confirm this. There is a very brief window (probably due to latency) where you will cast Crescendo and be hit by a control spell at the same time. The control spell will completely interrupt the use of the daily and all of your action points will drain, but no Crescendo actually hits the target. (You will see an animation but no effect.)

It happens to my GWF in PvP and I've learned that even though Crescendo says you are immune to CC's while it is active, it is usually best to use it in Unstoppable mode just so it doesn't bug out.

It happens to me too. Along with many other cc related issues. Like knockdown not working on opponents even if they are not in a immune state (no ITC, no Unstoppable, not teleporting/ dodging).

Yup and while you are at it, need to implement Priorities for these things.

    Highest - A daily
    Second - An Encounter
    Third - An Atwill

    This means for example

A Crescendo has power over a rogues catch me if you can. No, rogue should not be immune in this case. (Yes I play both classes - and its time to start addressing balance and fairness across the board)

Side Note, Casters auto target generally makes it impossible to miss. Ice Knife can cast through walls, beyond range, etc. Melee - misses all the time with out these situations even. How many times has my rogues Shocking Execution missed? (oh Play wizard too, so I know what I am talking about)
