Suggestion : Swap Foundry Spotlight and General Foundry Forums

So here is the situation : the general forum has gotten way too cluttered by people showing off their foundry quests. So to fix it, I suggest a 'foundry help' sub forum should be made, and all the spotlight threads moved into general. That way if people want help/ want to help can seek it out in the sub forum, and everyone else can keep spamming trade threads in general like they have been doing.

Toward the end of the thread they ask for ideas on how it could be structured... not sure the timeframe for any implementation though.
