ETA on resetting the NEW list?

Ever since the republish of quests, a month or so ago, the new list mimics the best list because it is by rating. No new quests can make the list. I assume you are aware of this problem?

    I was wondering this too. At the moment quests just end up in limbo after they exit the beta review section.
    My Foundry Quests:

    The Silver Sword - NW-DEIPWYISA - Daily Qualified
    A Relaxing Stay - NW-DEEYNZYZ9 - Daily Qualified but going to be updated
