What dye is this?

What dye is this?? It looks Navy/Black/Baby Blue:

I thought it was the Iliyanbruen Ancestral default. It looks almost like two types are dark blue. I decided to purchase a piece which is Rust/Black/Gold:

    Looks like a mixture of the Control Wizard dye and the ebony/black dye from the zen store.

    I just bought the Control Wizard dye, its different shades then what the picture I linked has. Shades of purple verse shades of blue.

    Could just be they picked custom colors. There are a lot more colors available then what dyes they offer.

    Closest thing I can find is CW dye pack on the dye page in the wiki: http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Dye

    Maybe they used it and added black or blue dye bottles to the purple parts? Alternatively, what dardove said.

    Or perhaps, its a new pack that simply has not been released yet.

    Just as a side note, that CW dye pack looks really good on those bracers.

    HA! The Munkey was right! The new dye pack seems to be the one the OP was looking for. Further proof that you all need to listen to the Munkey more. Offers of adoration and respect are purely optional. :D

    looks like just regular blue and black dyes combined.

    My issue with that is that unless the lighting is very strong that blue looks to light to be from most of the packs. Also I could be wrong but I think all that blue trim is the Accent channel, and there isn't much in the way of blue accents in the 3 color packs (see the bottom of http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Dye for a gallery of pack colors applied to the Noble Finery top).
