GF needs another skill with 3 charges

I thinking because GF has just a skill with 3 charges and the only skill he possessed to damage sustained is Griffon's Wrath. So I was wondering if it could not be created another power for damage sustained to be an option at this skill. Maybe a rework on anvil of doom with reduced bonuses when the enemy is low hp, but with 3 charges of use.
