Items lost in mail

Yesterday I bought some zen and bought ten lockbox keys with it, I then mailed half the keys to another character. The keys were somehow lost in the mail and neither character now has the keys and there is no new mail for the character I sent them to. I contacted support but got no reply.
Other people have said they lost things in the mail too, usually just in game items but I basically spent five dollars and threw it away. I won't be buying more zen or more items if I am just going to lose them and admin ignore the issue.
