Armor Enhancement Enchant Visuals question

I am just wondering if the armor enhancement enchants add and/or change the visual of the armor they are put in to? I spent some ADs to transmog my armor to what I want it to look like and I am not to keen on something changing it. Any help would be appreciated.

They add a layer moving on the surface. For example fireburst gives you flames, soul forged gives you a black smoke floating on the surface and so on.

Yes, because it's me. It's the Vigilant Warlords helm transmuted into a Berserker Champion's Helmet.

ah a Berserker transmute. Cuz I have Vigil Helm too and it doesnt look like that.
