Redeeming an ultimate game card

Hi, I have an European account and I have just purchased an $15 ultimate game card (over at http://www.ultimategamecard.com/)

I received the code by email, but I can't find the page where I can redeem that code, only where I can purchase a new ultimate game card, what am I supposed to do?

maybe redeem here: <Mod Edit: Up top, on the right, hover over Charge Zen then click either Purchase Zen or My Wallet. Choose Ultimate Game Card in the list and follow the steps.>

Nope, it doesn't work, either I'm blind or it's not possible on an EU account, do you see any options for that?

. . . . . I edited the post above (the link was a valid link). Do you see Ultimate Game Card in the middle column? I'm guessing they sent you a promo code by email? If so, choose your purchased value, enter your code and follow the steps.

@zebular hi there, I see the UGC option, but it only lets me purchase an UGC , but I already have purchased one on the official site, I see no options for redeeming the code I received.

. . . . . Very strange. I'll inquire with my CMs but they're not in the Office yet so in the interim, please send in a Support Ticket as soon as possible. Click Support up top then choose the Contact Us tab. Under the Category Drop-down, choose "Billing & Support > Prepaid Card Problem" and then explain to them how you cannot find a way to redeem your Ultimate Game Card. Include the place of purchase If they need the code, they will ask you for it, otherwise don't worry about that (no one will ever ask for your password).

. . . . . You may also wish to include a link to this thread in your ticket so they can see the advice I gave and how it didn't work. I am not sure if they kept any Support Staff over this weekend or not, but normal business hours for Support are Monday through Friday, 10am-7pm Pacific. It's been anything but normal around here... best to get your ticket in as soon as possible due to them being overloaded on tickets.

. . . . . Quick thought, although I am pretty sure this is only for Account Perks; Did you try the Redeem Key page? It's located in the drop down menu when hovering over "The Game" up top. I'd also try the first option of the 6 listed in the middle column. The one that says just "Perfect World" in red print on white.

Although.. from a lot of little things I am reading in long past history just searching the internet, you choose UCG Card and your amount, closest to the value of the card and then put the code in the Apply Promo Code field and press Apply and you'll get a credit for that amount if the code is valid and it should show you. Have you tried just applying the code as the Promo Code, without pressing checkout, to see if it would take it there?
