Would you like to appear in Chateau Frinko?

Without giving too much away about my current project, the player will have the opportunity to chill with Guard Frinko at a party in a mansion. There will be many party-goers. I thought it'd be a fun idea to name some of them after Foundry authors. Any volunteers?

-Provide your author name or a variant of it.

-You can provide a description or screenshot of what you'd want to look like in the quest. Otherwise I will just create a costume. :)

-If you'd like to be interactable somehow, let me know. :)

-This party is on one map.

-The party exists at the beginning of the quest as a sort of "guildhall". Merely traveling to the Chateau on the world map is all that is required to access this area.

-You do not have to complete the quest.

-Want to be somewhere specific? Chateau Frinko includes: two courtyards, garden, 1st floor rooms, 2nd floor rooms, 2nd floor deck/balcony, cellar, stables (some rooms in the mansion have not been determined yet - will update)

-Below is the list of authors going to the party! There's always room for more!

    I don't mind. It's sort of a "guildhall" type of thing at the start of the quest (and will be explained as such). :] A little homage to the Foundry authors around.

    I'd like to be a Gelatinous cube chocolate dispenser

    Since that will never happen, you can make me a foulspawn or a Bartender. But I need to dispense chocolate.

    I'd also like the ability to enrage if people start calling my quests bad - so then I turn into Thoon Hulk.

    Haha, I'm definitely game if you are still casting. Bozer, Mr. Bozer, The Bozer... whatever fits your idea. Take whatever liberties you like with the appearance, the name is not linked to any sort of in game avatar.

    Can't wait to see it.

    My quest was deleted in July of 2013. There were no issues, it had not violated any rules. Was deemed a bug. That quest is still missing.

    Sure, that would be pretty cool. :p

    Delthanin, half-elf wizard.

    I'm not too worried about how exact it is or anything, change whatever you want. I needed to go with the younger version of the character, since there are no "old guy half-elf with gray sideburns".

    Looking forward to the quest!

    Maybe my halfling character Stabby Mcstabbington can show up? He’s way more interesting than me and loves parties. I can provide the exact costume and colours easy enough.

    There will be plenty of cats. They are actually central to the main quest. ;) As for the ones (multiple!) laying around the mansion, I did not get to their names yet!

    Oh, I want in! As Eskarine, since that's my main... though my main looks NOTHING like this, lol. If only I could afford species and appearance change :P

    She's based on Cleric Dwarf preset and the crucial parts/colors are on the screens.

    I could be placed on balcony, provided there are some other NPCs there. Generally, I would prefer an interaction with some other custom NPC, but that's of course, up to you ;)

    It’s all pretty much there. You take one Halfling Male 4, add a dash of the Foulspawn Small stance, no helmet, arms, neck, waist, or shirt. Trickster Rogue Novice armor A for the body, and Trickster Rogue Novice boots for feet. Oh, and pants. Don’t forget pants.

    There’s the colours. As for what he’d actually be doing at the party, if you could have him stab all the other authors that would be great. If not then I imagine he’d be in the basement performing a puppet show with the bodies of the rats he just stabbed.

    As a rule I think self-insertion is bad from a literary standpoint; even worse in role playing games. Having said that I am guilty of it myself. I try to subvert the trope by making my avatar an anti-sue - in every single appearance my persona screws something up and/or gets hurt and has to sit the fight out.

    I contemplated killing him off in his first appearance, but I felt that it would detract from the emotional impact of other, more significant deaths... He might still die tho, because my favorite thing to do to my npcs is murder them in the most horrific manner I can think of.

    In any case, my avatar is named Aldous & my girlfriend's is Aethyta.

    We would love to attend your party, appearing as seen in Tears of Selune ep III.

    You can put us in the garden, way in the back, in the farthest corner from the door.
