That box to the left of crushing surge that says, "Unlock Rank 3 of all previous powers." does anyone know what you get when you unlock rank 3 of all previous powers? I was just curious ^^

    After you have placed 20 skill points I think you can raise any power to Tier 3.

    What that box means is that after spending 20 points, you unlock the ability to increase powers to rank 3. Prior to 20 points spent, you can only reach rank 2 of any ability.
