Group of 3 players looking for a non exploiting guild on Dragon

Hi,
We are a group of 3 players:
1st player: 60 Rogue 10.5k GS and GF 11.5k GS
2nd player: 60 CW / 60 DC / 60 GWF
3rd player: 60 DC / 60 TR
We are on European (UK / Western Europe) time zone and believe that "fast runs" / "planking" / "bugging mobs in the walls" is not the right way to play. The 3 of us have a lot of experience in MMO's (from Everquest 1 onwards...) and we like proper challenges (we did many T2 dungeons with just 3 or 4 players). We are on usually most evenings, but don't want to feel like we must show up or it is the end of the world.
We are therefore looking for a social, mature yet slightly elitist guild which is not seeing cheating as a mean to achieve its goals. We are not really interested in being part of a guild which has hundreds of members, but more for a close knit group of experienced players.
