Gateway > Alchemy: no scrolls in collection window

When collecting the results from an experiment only the following appears:

* unstable potion
* a blank icon with a label "tracker"

This make it appear the task always fails to give scrolls and recipes, but sometimes you do get them it just doesn't appear in the rewards window. Eventually you do get the research task and if you log into the game you'll find the scrolls in the profession tab.

Perhaps its just perception as you can't see the success from the gateway, but the experiments seem to fail much more often if you collect them from the gateway versus in game.

EDIT: not browser specific; happens in firefox, IE 8, chrome, and safari.

I have found exactly the same, as has my wife.

We both have different machines, and I use Chrome, she uses IE.

We both find as OP posted, that if you collect 'experimentation' in the gateway you get a blank icon that says 'Tracker' like it's not working or something...

It seems 'as OP said also' that the ingame collection seems to give a favourable result, whereas the gateway seems bugged.
