[Bug] graphic effects on Delzoun weapons misplaced after patch

The graphic effects of the Delzoun weapons that come with the Hero of the North pack are misplaced. Its double the size on the GWF weapon and hovering over the Guardian Hammer.

    Also why can you not remove the enchantment? Is this by design or a bug as well? I'd guess that for a $200 pack you could at least let us unbind the enchantment from the weapon...

    Correction: the bug does not come from the weapon itself but from the Weapon Enchantment: Brilliant Energy Enchantment.

    This effect is double the size of the weapon on all weapons I tested.
