I was Hacked, Waiting over 9 days for a response

I was Hacked, Waiting over 9 days for a response from customer services, i now refuse to play this game when they are this ignorant about people asking for help with stolen accounts, pathetic customer service...

    And someone can help you on the forums with this how? No offense, but it's been stated several times over that account issues can't be handled on the forums.

    Posting just to complain doesn't help and isn't going to get your issue resolved any faster.

    Average CS times are 5-8 business days.

    OP, you're just going to get flamed by the fanboys here. If I were you, other than just filing a ticket, I'd have posted complaints on their social media where reps actually exist (even though they've never responded to my questions). And if that doesn't work, call Cryptic's main phone number and try to get some help. PWE needs to do the legwork, but perhaps someone at the developer can do somethig to get you access again if you complain loud enough.

    Didn't really need the fanboy bit. Not all of us flame people... Not nearly as bad as the anti-fanboys out there... (they'll show up soon mark my words...)

    Regarding the rest of your reply...
    Not necessarily the FB / Twitter... the NW Community Manager (I believe) is the same one that handles the forums...

    Possibly the PerfectWorld Tech Forums. (DarthPanda16 and a few other PWE staffers sometimes check into the status of people's tickets.)

    IMO, PWE needs a CS forum too... but I doubt we'll see one...

    We cannot offer Forum Support for Account and Billing Issues. You will need to continue to communicate with Support (Update your Ticket, don't make new ones - Making new ones will only make things take longer).
