Soulforge enchant not working on my spell weaver armor

I had a normal soulforge enchantment enchanted in my spell weaver armor. It was working fine yesterday in PVP, proccing when my health falls below 25% and with the aura appearing on my armor. But somehow today, it doesnt seem to proc anymore and the aura on the armor disappears too.

Please address this issue as it render my enchantment useless. thank you.
