High Prophet Set bugged?

Its weird , i seem to get the DEBUFF with every attack i make... and it stacks on me.

    Given how it's specifically mentioned in the patch notes, I'd say, yeah... yeah it's bugged and you'll have to wait for the patch for it to get fixed.

    From the patch notes:

    Devoted Cleric: High Prophet Set: The set bonus no longer debuffs allies when healed.
    Devoted Cleric: High Prophet Set: This tooltip now properly indicates that the set bonus stacks 3 times for 4 seconds, instead of 4 times for 3 seconds.
    Devoted Cleric: High Prophet Set: The set bonus now correctly affects players.

    didnt know it was lolz i just noticed the debuff today
