Question about Dungeon Delves

So when you finish a dungeon and get to the chest at the end is the loot in the chest completely random? Or do you get an armor piece from epic spider a foot/waist from frozen a mainhand from plague etc.?

    It's the piece that drops in the dungeon you are in, or some random neck, ring or even t1 pieces.
