T2 in Gauntlgrym?

I'd be happier watching flat AD or enchants drop than T2, which takes less than a few days to get your full BiS set with the current system. Love the concept and all.. it's a great idea; however, they'll definitely need to do something smart with class changes.. 5 Astral Shields = gg no one dies.

    That's entirely the point though. It's not meant to be the "end game content." it's something new to do to get tier 2 gear not something you have to do.

    1) GW2 account - I'd like to try the PvP in this game, doesn't matter what level the character is or anything like that.

    2) TERA Online account - any with a level 60 character

    3) TERA Online gold/items - would have to be on Mt. Tyrannus server, I've got a 43 priest I'm slowly leveling

    4) Steam trades - open to whatever offers

    5) Other offers - surprise me

    Well with how jacked up pvp is right now I think it's smart not making it BiS gear.

    Besides it's going to be COMPLETELY P2W anyway, overpowered enchants and cash shop mounts etc.

    The rich getting richer, what's the point of making it super rewarding?

    For all we know they may mean that there are two tiers of Gauntlgrym gear -- Tier 1 Gauntlgrym for those who lose the PvP, and Tier2 for the winners -- and those are above and beyond the existing tiers. Given that they said it'll be the most powerful gear in the game, that's what it sounds like to me anyway.

    On the other hand, Tier 1 or Tier 2 doesn't mean that the gear will have to be the exact same sets that we've already seen... Could be entirely new Tier 2 sets (i.e. the amount of stats will be the same, but the set bonuses will be different/better).

    One thing is certain, it's stupid to whine before we see what it actually brings to the table.

    Tier2 RAID GEAR
    Tier 1 RAID gear


    Then there is a Tier 1-3 epic dungeon gear.
    Use common sense.. folks.

    That makes a lot more sense, but they definitely made it sound like current gear. Would've avoided confusion calling it T3 and T3.5 for example.

    I'm still pretty sure it's tier 1 and tier 2 gear. Which is why they don't call it tier 3 or tier 3.5. Anyway this is necessary because some people don't want to be forced to pve and some don't want to be forced to pvp for the best gear. Which is exactly why they're doing it this way. Some people will prefer this method of gearing up as opposed to other methods.

    We alread have Purple seals, maybe drops are T2 and Seals buy T2.5 or T3
