Possible new info RE: People not popping into PVP

So the bug where you join PVP and there is a high possibility that one person didn't get put into the match but is stuck in your group. Lastnight when this happened an entire different team saw the SAME guy stuck in their group. They called him out by name in zone chat and we looked and saw the people weren't in our battleground. Just FYI
