Some tips for a new TR.

Hello TR players.
I'm pretty new to NW and therefore new to TR. (Playing for about 1 week now.)
Few days ago, I've reached level 60, and I was thinking of getting an epic set for myself.
So I've looking at some of them, and I couldn't really say what is the best one.
So here I am asking my questions:
1) What is the best T1 DPS PvE set?
2) What is the best T1 DPS PvP set?
3) What is the best T2 DPS PvE set?
4) What is the best T2 DPS PvP set?
I'd really like if you'll answer me those questions and explain me why please.
If there isn't such a thing as "best set" and it depends on my play style, sorry then for asking and opening this thread.
Also, I've seen Luna's skills/feats build and I just wanted to ask someone who plays with this build:
Do you have good DPS with it?
Sorry if my questions are dumb, but as I said, I'm still a newbie who tries to find his way in the world of NW.
