Companion duplicate bug

I have a bug to report,
I found a way to duplicate your companion for 1 play session.
During this session you will walk around with 2 companions.
This happens when you send your companion away for training and log off.
The next time you log on (when the training time has passed) your companion will stand next to you,
however his health and experience bar is not on the screen.
If you go to your companion window (the one opened with the '=' button) you can summon your companion.
At this time your companion is duplicated and both of them will walk with you and help you in your fights.
The 'ghost' companion will be gone if you log off and on again but still it is a bug that needs to be fixed.
